About your profession
Created and run Global Goddess. I'm also the author of "Passport To Beauty" and "Celebritty Beauty Expert" that appears on television to give makeup tips.
What are your day to day responsibilities?
My day is CRAZY! I create products, support retailers that carry our products, work with chemists and suppliers on operations and creation of products, work with packaging designers, do press interviews for book and makeup line, arrange events and hire makeup artists and of course work with celebrity clients on their shoots!
Most notable milestones
Publishing a book "Passport To Beauty", launching a makeup line on QVC and in Sephora, working in Hollywood with some of my favorite celebrities, launching the line internationally, appearing on ABC’s The View and Entertainment Tonight, being the Revlon Spokesperson for the Academy Awards as well being the model for High Glow Jewelers.
What's the niche?
I focus on Global Beauty and attending to multi-cultural beauty needs.

What's in store for the future?
Expanding the brand globally and writing another book. Starting my new postion as the iVillage Beauty expert and hosting their makeover show with NBC - About Face.

My first day as a makeup artist on The Tonight Show.

I have a few – Marilyn, my entrepreneurship and marketing professor, Tom Bergeron – who taught me so much about the Entertainment Industry, and my parents – who taught me to appreciate everything in life.

A Makeup Artist.
Biggest pastimes outside of work
Yoga, spending time with my family and traveling.

Bill Clinton – I just love him. I think he has an amazing way of communicating.
Leader in business most interested in meeting and why?
Martha Stewart – Even though she went to jail, she has mastered the multi-platform approach to branding. I would love to spend a day with her and learn, learn, learn!
Three interesting facts about yourself
I’m a huge 80’s music fan, I’m a nervous flyer and I fly all the time! And I love the sun – I could lay in the sun all day (I know, I know – I do wear SPF 30).

Traveling, My family and my dogs, and creating fabulous products.
