Tushar Unadkat, CEO and Creative Director
Advertising Mastermind Tushar UnadkatMany people assume that to break into the entertainment and media industry, you have the master the art of schmoozing and perception. Thirty-five year-old Tushar Unadkat has proved them all wrong. As CEO and Creative Drector of MUKTA Advertising, Tushar operates by the motto, “Where quality comes second, only to honesty” and uses his company as a platform to celebrate more creative forms of art. MUKTA is the only full service multicultural advertising and marketing agency that focuses on a South Asian audience. Having established four offices spared around the globe since the company was founded just four years ago, MUKTA’s international success speaks for itself. Having acknowledged how the guidance of industrial and academic professionals helped during his life-long pursuit of creative success, Tushar founded not-for-profit NOUVEAU IDEA to give others the opportunity to lend their two cents and support. As an eGroup forum, MUKTA strives to “disseminate information and produce and promote Indians (of all different types and backgrounds) artistic events”. Learn more about how MUKTA advertising has redefined the word “Indian” by checking out this week’s Young and Professional spotlight of The DesiConnect.

About New Indian Dimension in Entertainment & Arts
Non-for-profit Nouveau IDEA was found on December 31, 2002 with a vision to begin a new year contributing artistically to the community that has always provided useful and inspiring signs in my journey as an independent artist.
The mission of the Nouveau IDEA eGroup is to disseminate information, produce and promote Indians and "Indo-Ferang" (Non Resident Indians) artistic events.
In addition to providing valuable resources and networking opportunities for Indian artists living abroad, this eGroup is an open forum for new ideas and different opinions related with arts & entertainment.
The word Indian is used here in a broader sense referring to the Subcontinent. This includes people from the Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, SriLanka and Suvadives, more commonly categorized as South Asian or Desi.
This eGroup has 3000+ members (30,000+ readers) online who support spreading our rich Indian Heritage around the world.
